Member Accounts and Woke Rewards
If you create a Woke Rewards profile, we collect the account details you provide, including your name, email address, WhatsApp number, notification preferences, referral activity, review claims, points history and issued coupons. We use this information to operate the rewards program, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, communicate account and reward updates, and maintain an auditable points record.
Review links and referrals are checked by staff before points are awarded. Promotional messages require separate optional consent and can be stopped through your profile. Account and password emails depend on the website’s authenticated email service. WhatsApp messages are sent only when you select that notification method.
