Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my tattoo appointment?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure a confirmed tattoo appointment with Woke Tattoo Studio. Your appointment should not be considered fully secured until the required deposit and booking arrangements have been confirmed. Both the 50% deposit and the remaining balance may be paid by cash, EFT or bank transfer, debit or credit card, Instant EFT, a secure mobile or card payment link, or eWallet.

Yes—once, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will transfer to a replacement appointment that takes place within 90 days of the original appointment date, subject to availability.
With less than 24 hours’ notice, after the one permitted reschedule, or if the replacement appointment is not used within 90 days, the deposit is forfeited and a new 50% deposit is required. A no-show is treated the same way. If Woke Tattoo Studio cancels, you may transfer the full deposit to a new date or request a full refund.
